Invalda INVL is a Baltic asset management group and a pioneer of private equity in the region, founded in 1991 and listed on the stock exchange since 1995. INVL Asset Management, the group’s alternative asset management company, aims to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns to investors while contributing to the region’s economic development.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to work on investment and asset management projects across both Invalda INVL and INVL Asset Management. In this role, you will contribute to the evaluation of investment opportunities, transaction execution, and ongoing investment monitoring, working closely with the managing partner.

Main responsibilities:

• Generation, analysis and presentation of business development ideas, including market screening, target shortlisting and assessment of M&A opportunities

• Financial modelling and quantitative /qualitative analysis;

• Transaction support across the full deal cycle: due diligence, review of term sheets, SPAs and other transaction documents and monitoring;

• Collaboration with other internal teams as well as external legal and financial advisors;

• Preparation of analytical memos and internal reporting for management and key stakeholders.

We expect that you have:

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field;

• At least 5+ years’ experience in financial analyst position, investment management, corporate finance or risk management;

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with a bottom-up, detail-oriented approach;

• Knowledge about capital markets and personal investment experience;

• Constant search for improvement and high personal reliability;

• CFA, FRM and/or brokerage license and natural interest in corporate activities and everything investment-related would be an advantage.
