Senior Investment Analyst (Private Debt Fund)
INVL Asset Management is looking for a new team member to join our INVL Bridge Finance Fund as a Senior Investment Analyst.
INVL Private Bridge Finance provides debt financing of €2–10m to companies in the Baltics, across all sectors – businesses funding growth, acquisitions, working capital, etc. where traditional bank lending does not fit. The fund has grown beyond €58m and we intend to keep growing it.
We are looking for someone who can own transactions end to end: find them, assess them, structure them, negotiate them and live with them until repayment.
Main responsibilities:
Originate transactions – build and maintain relationships with sponsors, advisors, banks and business owners across the target markets;
Assess financing opportunities: financial and business analysis, structuring, pricing, and preparation of investment proposals;
Lead due diligence – set the scope, manage advisors, and convert findings into structure, covenants and pricing;
Lead negotiations of term sheets, debt agreements and security packages, and manage the documentation process with legal counsel to closing;
Own a portfolio of borrowers: monitoring, covenant management, amendments and waivers, restructurings and recoveries where needed;
Contribute to the development of the fund – product ideas, processes and the growth of the team.
We expect:
Ability to source deals, lead execution and negotiations, manage due diligence, and gather and organise information with a keen eye for detail;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in private debt, leveraged or corporate banking, private equity, Big4 transaction services or corporate finance;
University degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field;
Credit or downside-focused mindset;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Very good knowledge of English and MS Office;
Knowledge of investment and lending regulations would be an advantage;
Genuine interest in corporate activities and all things investment-related, previous private debt experience or existing network among sponsors, advisors or banks in the Baltics would be a strong advantage.
We offer:
Real ownership of transactions – you lead deals rather than support them;
A growing platform: an opportunity to shape how the private debt business develops;
A benefits package including health insurance, pension contributions, hybrid remote work and learning opportunities;
A place in the leading Baltic asset management group, working alongside experienced investment professionals across private equity, real estate and private debt.
Gross monthly remuneration of EUR 4,500–5,500, depending on experience and competence, plus a performance-based bonus.
